TLM is now available in two versions - a compact version with one main
leave calendar for all colleagues, or our popular flagship version with
individual calendars for each colleague.

Choose from year planners pre-configured for the UK and Republic
of Ireland, USA and Canada, or Australia and New Zealand.

Team Member entries on calendars and reports are now sorted
alphabetically by department and surname.

Additional, customisable, leave categories have been included
which allow you to choose the types of absence you want to record,
like time off in lieu, or working from home.

Simple select-and-click data entry tools to allow the easy recording
of holiday, sickness and other leave types against each employee.

A comprehensive management report, providing the status of each team
member. Together with detailed breakdowns of individual leave categories,
there are bar charts giving a graphic annual overview of holiday and
sickness absence, allowing you to see at a glance the distribution of
your staff down-time across the year.

Data import tools allow you to easily migrate colleague data
from one year to the next, making it easy to roll over your data when
you start a new holiday year with Team Leave Manager.

You could even choose to mount the system on a shared drive
to make it available to all your staff, so that they can self manage
their time-off and reduce your administrative overhead.

As leave data is entered for each team member, TLM aggregates the data
creating a summary calendar for all your staff and employees. This can
be used to check the availability of holiday, vacation and training
dates.
