Our administrative management products are based on the tried and tested Microsoft® Excel® application and operate in much the same way as spreadsheets. This makes our office administration tools highly reliable and they will not normally require support when used as designed. For that reason we do not load our product price with a premium for real-time technical support.Each product in our administrative management tool range includes a Product Information and Guide section providing useful hints and tips. We also maintain a list of known issues. In the unlikely event that you do experience a technical problem, please e-mail us.
