• Print out your phone book using the pre-formatted reports which automatically order your data by your choice of name or department.
• And if you’re not satisfied with the reports CPB provides, there is a simple Data Export tool which allows you to create an export table of data which you can easily cut and paste into another spreadsheet or spreadsheet compatible application and manipulate or present the data as you see fit.
